If you need to file a Self-Assessment Tax Return, then this will need to be filed by 31 October following the end of the tax year (5 April) if you are filing a paper return or by 31 January following the end of the tax year if filing online (either through the HM Revenue and Customs website or through third party software).
Companies need to file the following documents within the timescales shown:
• Annual accounts; nine months after the end of the accounting period
• Corporation tax return (CT600); twelve months after the end of the accounting period
• Confirmation statement; within fourteen days of the anniversary of incorporation
